Merced College region 4 Dean Sylvia Ruano happens to be plumped for as you of a few speakers who can be honored for his or her efforts into the community during the 2020 Latina Women’s Luncheon on March 6. The acknowledgment and occasion are sponsored by the Merced County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
